Runner on the cover of Yakyukai (野球界), a Japanese monthly magazine covering baseball and other sports originally published by Yakyu Kenkyukai (野球研究会, Baseball Study Group) under the title Gekkan Baseball (月刊ベースボール) from November 1908 (Meiji 41). The name was changed to Yakyukai (野球界) from September 1911 (Meiji 44). This is Vol. 6 No. 4 (明治四十五年二月號) of April 1916 (Taisho 5). |
