Advertising postcard for the Great Sea of Japan Exhibition (日本海大博覧会, Nihonkai Dai Hakurankai) which was scheduled to be held in Niigata from April 20 to June 15, 1938 (Showa 13).

The expo, commemorating 70 years since the opening of Niigata Port, was cancelled because of the war.
