Hanshin Electric Railway (Hanshin Densha) station on Takimichi Road (滝道) in Sannomiya, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Route No. 2, the entrance of which can be seen on the left, was completed in the 1930s. Takimichi, literally “Waterfall Road,” was called so because it followed the former bank of Ikutagawa River (生田川), which was fed by Nunobiki Falls (布引の滝). It is now known as Flower Road (フラワーロード). |
