Bentenbashi and Yokohama Station in Yokohama. The three-arch Benten Bridge was built by the Ministry of Construction in 1871 (Meiji 4). Yokohama Station, the twin of Shinbashi Station in Tokyo, was designed by American architect Richard P. Bridgens (リチャード P. ブリジェンス, 1819-1891) and completed in 1872 ( Meiji 5).
