Baseball players of Waseda University and the University of Chicago, ca 1910 (Meiji 43). One of the Chicago players wears a sweater with the famed Wishbone C, first introduced in 1898 (Meiji 31).

A team of the University of Chicago first visited Japan for games with the Waseda baseball team in 1910. After that, a Chicago team visited Waseda every five years through 1930 (Showa 5).
