A rickshaw passes in front of the Nagasaki Custom House (長崎税関) in Umegasaki (梅香崎) in Nagasaki’s Oura foreign settlement (大浦居留地), sometime between 1907 (Meiji 40) and 1918 (Taisho 7).

The building was completed in 1890 (Meiji 23). The Custom House was moved to a new building in 1928 (Showa 3).
