View on Nagasaki Harbor from around Ebisu Shrine and the the coal storage at Akunoura (飽の浦).

In the back, Nagasaki City can be seen. Oura Catholic Cathedral, is visible on the hillside at the extreme right. Dejima lies to the left of the center.

Japanese photographer Kuichi Uchida photographed this when Emperor Meiji visited Nagasaki several days from July 19, 1872 (Meiji 5).

The ships seen in this photo encompass the fleet following the Emperor.
